Step One: Initial Inspection
An initial inspection is conducted to find and identify the customer’s termite problem, source of infestation and for foraging mud tubes so that our knowledgeable technicians can determine the specific treatment required.
Step Two: Communications
Upon completion of the initial inspection, the key component in the termite control process is being able to establish positive communications between the customer and the technician about the special needs and concerns. Andy Howard’s technician works closely with the customer to identify the problem areas and to advise appropriate treatment to the structures or properties.
Step Three: Treatment
Andy Howard’s technician will employ the treatment process by using the most advanced technology, chemicals and state-of-the-art equipment necessary to eradicate or provide ongoing treatment to eradicate the termite problem. The process include:
Analysis of the termite problem A liquid treatment around the perimeter of the home Full disclosure of percentages and applications of chemicals to be used Round the clock service to confirm to customer’s operation Maintaining up to date service logs, signed by the customer’s representative and Andy
Howard’s technicians Once a year scheduled inspections to determine if re-treatment is required Guarantee on all services provided
