Mosquitoes are
important vectors of diseases, besides their disease carrying
abilities, biting mosquitoes can be terribly annoying to people
working, camping or relaxing outdoors.
This is the
carpenter ant found very often in lawns and homes. Since they have
the habit of excavating food, they are given the name carpenter
ants. These are some of the larger sized ants ranging from 6-10mm.
