Step One: Initial Inspection
An initial inspection is conducted to find and identify the customer’s pest problem, pest distribution and source of infestation so that our knowledgeable technicians can determine the specific treatment required. Note: Inspection is an ongoing process of the pest control service plan.
Step Two: Communications
Upon completion of the initial inspection, the key component in the pest control process is being able to establish positive communications between the customer and the technicians about the special needs and concerns. Andy Howard’s technicians
work closely with the customer to identify the problem areas and to advise appropriate treatment to pest proof the structures or properties.
Step Three: Treatment
Andy Howard’s technicians will employ the treatment process by using the most advanced technology, chemicals and
state-of-art equipment necessary to
provide ongoing treatment to eradicate the pest problem. The process
includes:
Analysis of the pest problem Full disclosure of percentages and applications of chemicals to be used Round the clock service to
conform to customer’s operation Maintaining up to date service logs,
signed by the customer’s representative and
Andy Howard’s technicians Regularly scheduled inspections to determine if re-treatment is required Guarantee on all services provided
